Tallafe was born in 1981 in Abéché, the second largest city in Chad. Early in his career, he obtained his art degree from the Oldham School of Art in Manchester (UK) in 2008. With his acrylic painting on canvas, his style combines abstraction and figuration, embodied by anonymous silhouettes, witnesses of difficult social realities.
He lives in Paris, his works have been hosted in several exhibition centers in France, at the Maison de l'Unesco, but also in Germany, Belgium and Switzerland. His painting "Confluences" won the City of Sainte Geneviève-des-Bois Prize at the Salon de l'Hurepoix 2012.
